1-1 Do your crate engines have a warranty
All of our GM factory crate engines come with a full factory warranty, as long as you follow the start up instructions that we have here on our site, if you follow them to the letter you will retain the warranty from General Motors. The start up instructions can be found here Start Up
1-2 How do you maintain the quality.
To make sure that we only sell high quality items, American Relics only purchases the products that we sell through highly reputable dealers, we do not purchase through second hand dealers, or fly by night companies that are here today and gone tomorrow.
American Relics can have custom engines built for you also, if you need this service please contact us through our contact us form on this site.
1-3 What's your return policy.
All items purchased from American Relics are warranted against any defects, by the manufacture of the item and by American Relics. We take pride in the fact that we only sell high quality merchandise, and we fully back everything that we sell, if you choose to return and item, you'll need proof of purchase that buoght it from American Relics, a reciept for the item is proof of purchase, all items must be returned with in 30 days of purchase, except crate engines.

Remember that defective means that it doesn't work the way that it should right when you open it, and there for you can't use it the way that it was intenced to be used.
The warranty does not cover ant mistake that you have made with the product, due to over tightening, or not properly following the installation instruction that came with the product, most defects can be solved by simply following the instructions that came with the items that you purchased.

5-1 Your Private Information
This is the low down on how we use your private information here at American Relics, all information that we collect is used only for the purchase of your items, and will not be sold to any other company for any reason. Our representatives will never ask for your credit cars number, ss number or any of your personal information.

6-1 Are consignments covered by warranty
This is our customer consignment area, all items sold here are used, and have absolutly no warranty from American Relics.
1) If the customer who is selling the item has a warranty in place, it will be transferable.
2) All itmes sold by American Relics in our consignment area are sold as is, unless otherwise specified by the seller of the item.
3) All people selling items on consignment, will provide full and reliable contact information, so people looking to purchase that item can ask any questions that they need to.
4) American Relics has no return policy on consigned items that are sold here, all consignment sales are final.
